New Computer

Just a quick note that both Andrew’s and My new computers are running well. After a few dramas they came together nicely on sunday. Guild wars and Oblivion are really pretty on full graphics settings :)

Update on website progress

The move of hosts has prompted me to do a bit of reorganising around here. I have merged my personal website with my portfolio website for the time being. I do not have the time to keep both up to date and a portfolio is not a lot of use when I am not looking for work and don’t have anything new and exciting to show.

I decided not to bring the gallery across. The new wordress has the ability to upload files to posts. If I get ambitious I will write a little script to turn the uploaded files into some form of a gallery.

New web host

I have just switched to a new web host. Now comes the fun part of moving all the files from the old site to the new site. Yay, yippie, ok not really happy about it. I needed to make the change because I was sick of the downtime of the database server and webserver of the old host.
