12 long stem red roses, 1 box of chocolate and a very sweet note were delivered early this morning.
Normally Andrew and I don’t get each other anything for valentines day but my wonderful sweet heart wanted to make me feel special as I’ve been working pretty hard leaving him a little like this poor kitteh

Each month at work two people are to arrange and cook lunch for everyone else. Cooking for 20 is very different than normal cooking, especially when the tools available are a bbq and a small microwave. My partner and I decided to do mexican.

On the way to work yesterday, I noticed the orchid that lives in the tree up the street was flowering. I had to stop and take a quick pic.
